Terms & Conditions of Purchase and Membership

Welcome to Rhoades to Wellness. By purchasing or participating in any of our services — including infrared sauna sessions, Pilates classes, memberships, or retail products — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These policies exist to ensure a consistent, respectful, and high-quality experience for all clients.

GENERAL TERMS (ALL SERVICES & MEMBERSHIPS)

1. Eligibility & Waivers

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase services or memberships.

  • Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

  • First-time clients must complete all required intake and waiver forms prior to their first session.

2. Purchases & Billing

  • All services and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Memberships and packages are billed via the payment method on file and must remain current to access services.

  • You are responsible for managing your account and notifying us of any billing or contact changes.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

    • For packages and limited memberships: Loss of session

    • For unlimited memberships: $15 no-show fee

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancels may result in loss of booking privileges.

4. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, unused time, early cancellations, or partial use of packages/memberships.

  • Exceptions (e.g., injury, medical emergency) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

5. Health & Safety

  • Use of our services involves physical activity and heat exposure. You agree to consult your physician prior to participation if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear unwell, under the influence, or pose a risk to yourself or others.

INFRARED SAUNA MEMBERSHIP TERMS

We offer four infrared sauna membership tiers. All memberships include the option to add a guest for $25 per visit and require a 3-month minimum commitment.

After the initial 3 months, all memberships auto-renew month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Unlimited 30-Minute Sauna Membership – $425/month

  • Unlimited 30-minute sessions (book in advance; subject to availability)

  • No rollover of unused sessions

  • $25 per guest, per session

  • Early cancellation fee: $99 if canceled before 3 months

6 x 30-Minute Sauna Sessions – $210/month

  • 6 x 30-minute sessions per month

  • Unused sessions roll over to the next month

  • Extra sessions available at $35 each

  • $25 per guest, per session

  • Early cancellation fee: $99

Unlimited 45-Minute Sauna Membership – $460/month

  • Unlimited 45-minute sessions (book in advance; subject to availability)

  • No rollover of unused sessions

  • $25 per guest, per session

  • Early cancellation fee: $99

6 x 45-Minute Sauna Sessions – $265/month

  • 6 x 45-minute sessions per month

  • Unused sessions roll over to the next month.

  • Extra sessions available at $45 each

  • $25 per guest, per session

  • Early cancellation fee: $99

Additional Sauna Policies

  • Booking Required: All sauna sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Late Arrivals: May result in shortened sessions.

  • Guest Add-Ons: Guests must be 18+ and sign a waiver. Members must accompany guests during the session.

PILATES & CLASS PACKAGES (If Applicable)

  • Class packages are valid for the time period stated at purchase.

  • Unused sessions expire after the package’s validity period.

  • Missed classes without proper cancellation may result in the loss of that session.

MODIFICATIONS AND RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICE

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and emailed when appropriate.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships at our discretion for violations of policy, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct.
